You may opt out of any future contact from us at any time. You can do
this by contacting us via email, facsimile or telephone given on our website.

You may receive a login and password for our website so that you can
do any of the following tasks at your leisure:

• See what data we have about you, if any.
• Change and correct any data we have about you, i.e. addresses, telephone numbers, etc.
• Have us delete any data we have about you provided it does not affect our data history for accounting purposes.
• Enter or trace shipments, read notes and ask questions about the current location of your shipments.
• View shipment documentation such as POD’s.

We will use outside companies to ship your orders. These companies are required to provide the following information to us prior to pick up of the freight:

• Proof of valid insurance coverage and operating authorities.
• References to verify the quality of service that they provide.
• Information about the type of equipment they will provide to us, what product they hauled prior to picking up our load, transit time and any other pertinent information required such as driver name, trailer number, truck number etc.
• Outside companies are prohibited from contacting our customers for the pupose of back solicitation by using the shipment information we provided to them.

Rights of the Customer. The Customer has the right to:

• Request specific equipment for ease of loading.
• Request pick up and delivery appointments be made.
• Have a friendly and courteous driver.
• Refuse to load the truck if the driver is rude, verbally abusive, the truck is the wrong size or wrong equipment.
• Know where the load is at anytime.
• Request proof of deliveries with invoices.

Rights of the Carrier. The Carrier has the right to:

• Details about the load such as pick up and delivery locations, customs information, size of load, weight of the load and the required time of pick up and delivery.
• Have friendly and courteous dock personnel.

Rights of Affordable Freight Consultants Inc. We have the right to:

• Request a completed Credit Application with references from the customer and carrier prior to movement of the freight.
• Refuse working with a specific carrier or customer based on service and payment history.
• Know where the freight is at all times.
• Friendly and courteous treatment via all modes of communication.
• Cancel a truck without payment penalty if the driver/carrier is rude in anyway.

Security:

• We do not accept payment via credit card.
• Passwords that are given out for our website allow the individual or company access to their information only. No one else other than Affordable Freight employees are able to view this data.
• Employees of Affordable Freight are provided with passwords for the website. The level of access is determined by the office administrator and not every employee is able to see everything in the system.
• All of our computers and our server are password protected. Personnel are advised of passwords on a need to know basis according to level of data required.
