Message from the Founder: Quality service
Since 1999, Affordable Freight Consultants Inc. has provided
quality, value-added multi-modal transportation solutions to accommodate less-than-truckload
and truckload requirements in both Canada and the United States. Shipments
through Affordable Freight utilize the best available transportation mode
– air, truck, rail or ocean - on either a regular or expedited basis.
At Affordable Freight, we establish rewarding partnerships with our employees,
customers, and suppliers so that we can provide the best service in the business.
And, by investing in new technology, we are able to assure continued efficiency
and bring added benefits to our customers.
Our investments in technology, plus our unique Load-to-ride system of moving
palletized freight, puts us at the forefront of trans-border shipping.

Our team
Pam Schofield brought a strong background in accounting to Affordable Freight when she joined in April 2004. Pam has worked for several years with some of Atlantic Canada’s largest companies and her ability to keep things running smoothly is a definite asset to Affordable Freight.
Manon Maynard joined Affordable Freight in September 2005 with a strong background in customer service. Manon brings with her exceptional organizational skills and bilingualism which gives Affordable Freight a strength with our French as well as our English customers and carriers.
Jennifer Borden has several years expertise in accounting and accounts receivable -- and an attention to detail that is perfect for this position. Our newest team member, Jennifer joined Affordable Freight in August 2006.
